Please check the adaptor plug is correctly inserted and has power being supplied to it or that the battery is properly inserted. Please check if the adaptor and battery pack is original and matched in rating. If not, please change to the original and matched adaptor and battery pack. Please change other original and matched adaptor and battery pack to check if the unit can start, if yes, please use other original and matched good adaptor and battery pack. If still can’t start, please take (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) to an authorized service agent.
