Nickel Metal Hydride Batteries have a number of benefits over more commonplace Nickel Cadmium Batteries. They react well whilst being used in very cold temperatures and don't suffer sluggishness which can be a problem when using NiCad batteries. Because the cell size in NiMH batteries is smaller it means that we can fit more cells into the same area size as a NiCAD battery. This means that we produce NiMH Batteries in higher Amp ratings than their NiCAD counterparts.
