Q: Why is there no display on the LCD screen of the TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC (DWST1-75663-xx)?

Please make sure the TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC DEVICE is turned on. Please adjust the brightness of LCD properly. If LCD still can’t display, please take (TOUGH SYSTEM MUSIC + CHARGER) to an authorized service agent.
