Seem to go around in circles trying to get a drill repaired under warranty
I have been trying to get an answer or help getting my impact drill replaced repaired or whatever help that you can give. I haven’t had it very long, maybe a year or year and a half. It was the new model and I really was impressed until about a month ago when it started acting up and eventually completely had now power. I have sent all the pictures that was requested and the only thing I couldn’t provide is my receipt. Construction is my livelihood and this tool is used most of all.
I really need to know what can be done to help. Thank you,
