As fit testing is mandated by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) it is recommended that any user be fit tested by an accredited person. It is important that a satisfactory face seal is achieved to avoid leakage between the mask and the face. Please note that certain physical characteristics such as beards or other facial hair may prevent a safe seal.
