Cleaning the respirator is recommended after each use. Clean the mask using lukewarm soapy water or a mild generic cleaning agent. Wipe the whole of the mask and the outside of the filters (making sure the solution does not go inside the filters as this will cause damage). The mask can also be dunked into the solution when the filters have been removed without any harm to the mask. Rinse the mask and outside of the filters with clean water and allow to air dry in a non-contaminated area before further use. Do not apply direct heat as this may damage the respirator. When not in use the cleaned respirator should be stored in a clean, dry area.
