We DO NOT recommend the use the product in cold weather, the bed plate can condense moisture and make it “sticky”, and then the rollers could have issues with feeding the wood.

The easy fix would be to just raised it to the 6" setting and cleaned the rollers with a damp rag. Problem solved.
