The screw that is being referred to is no longer in the design of the tool. This was removed from the design around 2018. Depending on the date code of the customer’s tool, it might have never been there to begin with. If this is the correct screw, then engineering has informed that it is not an issue if it is missing, regardless of date code. The tool can be used without the screw.
