• On the Map, if assets are spread across a large geographic region (e.g. the entire US) the map may not zoom to fit all
• Asset images do not display on the map
• Non-users cannot be selected as the serving user on a Service Plan record

  • DCB205BT batteries are not able to be audited via QR code.  They are able to be audited via Bluetooth.

Site Manager Mobile App (Legacy)

  • Some users enter a "loop" when trying to login - aka they enter their credentials which are correct but are taken back to the login screen.  Typically users are able to login on web but not on mobile.  If this is happening, contact toolconnectsupport@sbdinc.com.
  • If Autogenerate Inventory Numbers is enabled for your company, users cannot select Inventory Numbers while onboarding assets.  To leverage this feature, please utilize the new Tool Connect app. 
• Android (3.4.1.1)
  • Unable to add DCE045 tags via QR code.  Tags can still be added via the "Bluetooth" option and pressing the button on the tag.
