On the web
Pairing DEWALT® Tool Connect™ enabled products is not available through the web at this time. Please use the Tool Connect™ Site Manager App to pair tools, batteries, tags, and connectors.
For tools that are not Tool Connect™ enabled, Site Manager provides an easy way to associate — or 'link' — DEWALT® Tags and Connectors to existing inventory. To link a tool to a Tool Connect™ enabled product, you will need to first pair the connected products to your account using the Site Manager app (for more information on Pairing in the app, see the section below).
Once Tool Connect™ products have been paired to your account, on the web, click on the checkbox next to the tool you wish to link,
then click or tap on the checkbox next to the Tag or Connector that will be linked to the tool.
Next, click or tap on the 'Manage' drop down and select 'Link Tools'.
Click or tap 'Link' to confirm.
You'll notice a new icon next to your tool showing that it is now linked to a Tag or Connector.
Clicking or tapping on the tool reveals the description of both the tool and the Tag or Connector it's linked to it.
To unlink a tool from a Tag or Connector, click or tap on the checkbox next to the tool description,
Then, click or tap the 'Manage' drop down menu and choose 'Unlink Tools’.
This will return both items to their original, unlinked state.
