Site Manager Makes it easy to invite new users to administer and view your inventory. Adding Administrators can be done by the account Owner only, whereas Site Admins & Managers can be invited by both Administrators and account Owners.
Site Admins & Managers must be invited to gain access to Inventory and Assignments in Site Manager. Administrators, Site Admins, & Managers will receive an email inviting them to create an account with their supplied email address, or if they already have a valid DEWALT.com account, can login into Site Manager to view the account they have been invited to.

To add an Administrator to your account, you must have Owner or Administrator permissions. To add a Site Admin or Manager you must have Owner or Administrator permissions.
1. In the Site Manager App tap on the ‘People’ icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Then tap 'New Person’.
3. You have two choices to add people. You can add a person from your contacts book on your device by tapping 'Add from Contacts', or you can type their information in. To invite someone you need to provide a name, email address, and phone number.
4. Once you have filled in their information you can choose the level of permission they have to your account. If you tap on the 'Permission Level' option you can choose from Administrator, Site Manager, and Manager. Remember that Admins have access to everything on your account.
5. For Site Admins & Managers you can also choose what assignments your people will have access to. You can grant as much or as little access as you would like, you can always come back later to the 'People' section to make changes to your team members access.
6. Once you have selected the assignments tap the 'Invite' button at the bottom of the page to invite this person to your account.
7. Your new person will either receive an email or a text invitation depending on which option you selected.
