I ha e to take it to a dewalt aproved repair shop on the 5 sunday in july wareing a tutu at sunset.this bs . Registered and filled form, even got confirmation but never did recieved said battery. Was quoted 2 weeks shipping, now been 5 weeks.... Was i lied to or did something go wrong... either way I dont have the promised product. Edit: Just spoke to customer service and it has shipped..... Now I would like to know why they took over a month to ship, and why did you send me confirmation of shipping a month earlier when you never did. Lastly why if shipping from warehouse 4.5 hours away according to the new tracking recieved, did it take 6 weeks now...? If shortage of item, a simple email to notify would be nice.... Feeling like Dewalt doesnt care about the money I spent on their brand.... Maybe i should have bought Milwaukee...
