If you have an extended warranty for any DEWALT product, claims should be filed through the party the extended warranty is held by, this means the retailer.

DIFFERENCES BETWEEN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND MANUFACTURER WARRANTY 

DEWALT does not offer extended warranties beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty, nor do we process such claims.

Extended warranties are most commonly obtained from the store where purchased, the credit card company it was purchased with, or in some instances- directly from an aftermarket extended warranty company.
