This service is only for warranty and charged repairs of certain tools that have a guaranteed not to exceed Factory Overhaul repair price.
- Do NOT ship batteries, chargers, and accessories. These do NOT qualify for this service.
Large tools including mowers, large compressors, table saws, miter saws, etc. are not eligible for this service.
This service is only for customers who reside in the U.S.A (50 states & District of Columbia).

Sign in to your account
Log in with your registered username and password. If you don't remember your password, click the "Sign In" box in the upper right corner, then select "Forgot Password" and enter your username or email address. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. Or you can create an account as well. -
Start your online repair.
Click on "Fix My Tool," read the information presented, make sure you agree with it, and then click "Start Your Online Repair

Search for your tool's model number:
Type the model number of your tool and click Search. Most of the time you will find the model with a "B" at the end, which means "bare tool." Models ending in P1, M1, N1, etc. are kits. Click "Select" once you find the correct one.

- Enter your tool's information
Type the required information such as date of purchase, date code, and then click "Save" -
Proceed to place your order
Click "Proceed to Place Order." You can check out using your ServiceNet account or as a guest if you do not have one.

Fill out shipping, payment, and billing information
Fill out the shipping information, payment and billing information, and review the checkout. On the payment information section, the system will request card information for the overhaul cost or GRC. The GRC is the maximum amount of money a customer is going to pay to get the tool repaired or replaced when the unit is out of warranty or cannot be repaired due to misuse. By entering the card, the customer will not be charged immediately; only a $1 hold is placed to confirm the card is valid. - Finally, the system will provide you with the pre-paid label so you can ship your tool to our service center to get it repaired.
