An Audit Status communicates the status of a tool to Managers, Site Admins, Administrators, and Owners.
Audit statuses include:
Unassigned
The tool has not been assigned to an assignment and will not be audited until it is assigned to an assignment.
Needs Audit
The tool has not yet been audited during the audit period.
Audited
The tool has been scanned or audited by the Site Manager app.
Wrong Location
The tool has been scanned or audited by the Site Manager app but is assigned to a different assignment.
Overdue
When a tool in your Inventory is marked as 'Overdue', the tool has not been seen at its Assignment within the audit period set by the Administrator. For example: Let's say your Administrator sets the audit period for an Assignment to 'Every 30 Days'. It's now day 31, one day past the audit period. If a tool has not been seen via a Bluetooth scan from the Tool Connect™ Site Manager app on your mobile device, or manually marked as 'Audited' in the app, it is automatically given an Audit Status of 'Overdue'.
Dash "-" or empty/null
Bulk and Consumables categories cannot be audited, so they will always display the status of "-" or empty/null.
