Most power tools need to be returned to ASC/FSC for inspection, and customers won't be able to proceed if the unit is not in the right country to get support. Keep in mind that models and procedures may vary from country to country. Exceptions may apply after account verification and if the customer is able to provide a shipping address (not a PO box allowed) in the USA/Canada.
For Hand tools, we can make exceptions after account verification, but the customer will need to provide a shipping address in the USA/Canada (depending on the country where the customer acquired the item) so we can ship the unit properly. If the customer is not able to provide a valid address, we won't be able to move forward (PO Box is not allowed) **
Reconditioned Air Compressors
** The warranty on electric compressors is one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. Reconditioned compressors do not have the 90-day return policy or the 1-year free service contract.
